Can I have a personalized set put together?

We are happy to accommodate special requests, such as individually curated sets. Simply contact us via our contact form for this. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free within Germany.
Outside the EU, shipping costs are €3.90 for small parcels and €9.90 for large packages.

How fast do you deliver?

We usually take 1-2 days to process your order. Delivery times depend on your location. You can view the estimated delivery times for your region in the 'Shipping' menu item.

Can I track my order?

We ship all orders with a tracking number. With this, you can track the entire journey of your order to you.


Can I return or exchange my order?

You can of course send back any order within 30 days without providing a reason, but at your own expense. Please keep in mind, however, that every return places a small additional strain on our environment.

Can I file a product complaint?

If one of the products you ordered does not meet your expectations, please contact us via the contact form and we will resolve your issue promptly to your satisfaction.


Will import duties apply to my order?

If you reside outside the European Union, please check the customs website to see if import duties or fees apply depending on the product value.
